Return Policy

Our return policy is fair, easy and guaranteed. You may return any hardware products purchased through neweraperformanceparts.com's website for replacement or refund within 30 days of the shipment date of your order except for custom parts. A 20% restocking fee applies for all refunds. Shipping charges are only refundable if the return is of an error on our part. There is also a 10% cancellation fee applied to all orders cancelled before shipped. Custom orders are not returnable.

Order Cancelation

If you order something off of our website, and decide you don't want/need it anymore, you have 24 hours to cancel your order . If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of the time you ordered it, we have to charge a 10% cancellation fee, this is due to credit card transaction fees we are charged and time it takes to process the transaction 2 times.

        Return Instructions

All returns must be authorized prior to sending any product(s) back to New Era Performance by emailing sales@neweraperformanceparts.com with your name, address, phone number, product description, purchase date, and reason for return. All products must be shipped back in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt and a return authorization email in the package to receive a refund or replacement.

Price Match Policy

Our price match policy is simple. If another authorized dealer competitor has a lower advertised price than New Era, we can at least match that price. This only applies if the competitor is an authorized distributor of the product and the price is advertised!!!
